This house was probably built shortly after 1900 by Charles Noble, a carpenter. He bought the property in 1900 for $350 and sold it to George and Rose Passage in 1904 for $1300. In 1938 it was purchased by Anne C. Parsons, who sold it to Kenneth and Margaret Johnson in 1957. The Johnsons sold it to John and Gloria Donohue in 1960, and it was purchased by Betty Zwerger in 1961.
